Take this step for yourself

I enjoy working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues. I help support my clients through a trauma-informed and attachment-informed approach that addresses the client as a whole. I will help you to make sense of how adverse experiences in your past can affect you throughout life.

I take a systemic approach to the client or couple I am working with. This means I believe clients are affected by societal, familial, cultural, spiritual, socioeconomic, and other contexts they are in. I help clients to learn about the impact of those systems, and to navigate them differently from their true value system.

I believe connection and emotional balance are the keys to wellbeing.  I help clients to move from feeling stuck and isolated to empowered and connected. Through healing old wounds from past experiences, and changing patterns that are holding you back, I will help you create the life you want.

The way through

Therapy is not one size fits all, especially because no two clients come in with the same value system or experiences. My clients come from all walks of life and have differing approaches to their healing journeys. I tailor my work to my clients as I get to know them.
