Teletherapy

Kelsey Riddle Therapy & Wellness PLLC provides Teletherapy services to several states: Arizona and North Carolina. Teletherapy sessions are being conducted through an easy to use HIPAA compliant video service.

I also offer in-person sessions in East Nashville.

I have been providing Telehealth services since March, 2020. I work very hard to make sure that I am attuned and present with my clients, even through the screen. I find that many of my clients are able to feel safe and comfortable during their Telehealth sessions. Since that time, I have consulted with peers, sought information, and done my best to adapt, in order to better provide therapy through the computer. I have grown very comfortable with working through Telehealth and believe that it is a very viable medium for therapy for those who are the appropriate fit. Most clients feel it is different from in-person therapy, but not less beneficial.

I have appreciation for how Teletherapy creates accessibility to therapy to many of my clients, who otherwise would have a difficult time accessing treatment services regularly due to life circumstances (often exacerbated by the Pandemic) like their work schedule, driving commute, or lack of child care. I plan to offer teletherapy services indefinitely.

Disclaimers:

Teletherapy services are being offered through a HIPAA compliant service.
