Coaching and Education Sessions

I am now offering virtual coaching and education sessions to individuals and couples. These sessions are different than traditional therapy sessions. Though I bring my knowledge and experience as a therapist to my coaching sessions, these are more educational focused in nature and provide a different level of support for those who may need it.

In my coaching sessions, you will get the benefit of working with a trauma informed therapist and relationship counselor, in a more brief and accessible format. You may find coaching with me beneficial especially if you are hoping to work with a professional with my experience and they may not be accessible in your current area. You may also benefit from coaching if you are looking to meet on a less frequent, as needed basis. You can also meet for just one session if youโ€™re needing an hour to process whatโ€™s on your plate.

Before beginning coaching work, I will want to talk briefly to discuss your circumstances and goals. We will discuss whether working with me is the best fit for your needs at this time. I will also provide resources and referrals for any other support recommendations I have for you.
